Torah Healing

Likutey Moharan 57:1
We see, then, that all healing is dependent upon the Torah, in the aspect of "a healing for all his flesh" (Proverbs 4:22). This is because the Torah gives strength to the angels, and the angels transmit [it] to the grasses, so that the grasses heal through the power of the Torah.
n. 10 a healing for all his flesh. King Shelomoh says "My son, listen to my words, incline your ear to my teachings...For they are life to those who comprehend them, a healing for all his flesh". These "words" and "teachings" refer to the Torah (Metzudat David).
n. 11 Torah gives strength to the angels... For the Torah is comprised of G-d's words, each one of which creates an angel and gives it strength. The angel then transmits this vitality to the forces and elements of nature over which it has charge. Thus, the healing power present in certain herbs and grasses ultimately stems from G-d's Torah. Reb Noson adds that just as the Torah brings healing, it also brings blessing and bounty. As we will soon see, each person's ability to draw this healing and bounty depends on his connection to the Torah, especially the Oral Torah, the teachings of the sages (Torat Natan #2). Elsewhere as well, Rebbe Nachman teaches that Divine Providence manifests specifically through the Torah. (Likutey Moharan I, 13:4)
